Welcome to Poop Savvy. By using our website (poop-savvy.com) or subscribing to our pet waste removal services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Poop Savvy provides residential pet waste removal services in the DeSoto, Texas area and surrounding communities including Cedar Hill, Duncanville, Lancaster, Red Oak, Waxahachie, and Midlothian. Our services include thorough yard waste removal, bagging, and disposal into your outdoor trash bin, with gate-secured photo confirmation after each visit.
All Poop Savvy service plans are month-to-month with no long-term contracts. You may cancel your service at any time without penalty or cancellation fees.
Service is prepaid monthly through PayPal recurring subscription. Your selected plan is billed at the beginning of each billing cycle. Pricing is based on the number of dogs and service frequency you choose. Pricing may be adjusted with advance notice.
After checkout, a Poop Savvy representative will contact you to confirm your scoop schedule, gate access details, and start date. We make every effort to service your yard on your scheduled day. In the event of severe weather or other circumstances beyond our control, we will communicate any delays and resume service as soon as possible.
You are responsible for ensuring Poop Savvy has access to your yard on scheduled service days. This includes providing gate codes, unlocking gates, or making other arrangements as needed. If we are unable to access your yard on a scheduled visit, the visit may be forfeited for that period.
Standard service includes bagging pet waste and placing it in your outdoor trash bin. Carry-away service may be available upon request and may be subject to additional charges.
We take gate security seriously. Our team aims to secure your gate after every visit and provide photo confirmation for your peace of mind.
All tools and equipment are sanitized between customer homes to maintain hygiene standards and prevent cross-contamination.
Poop Savvy is not liable for any damage to landscaping, sprinkler systems, or other yard features that may occur during normal service operations. We exercise reasonable care while on your property. Poop Savvy is not responsible for any illness or injury related to pre-existing conditions of your yard or pet waste accumulation prior to service.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through PayPal or by contacting us directly. Because service is prepaid monthly, refunds for partial months are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us to discuss any refund requests.
Poop Savvy may provide access to an online client portal where you can view your service history, billing information, and communicate with our team. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
By providing your phone number and/or email address, you consent to receive service-related communications from Poop Savvy, including scheduling confirmations, service reminders, and account updates. You may opt out of promotional communications at any time.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
