01 Service Overview

Poop Savvy provides professional pet waste removal services to residential and commercial properties. By scheduling service, you agree to provide our team with safe access to the designated areas of your property.

02 Billing & Payments

Subscription Billing: Services are billed on a monthly, pre-paid basis. Payments are due on the 1st of each month.

Initial Clean: If your yard has not been scooped recently, a one-time "Initial Clean" fee may apply to bring the yard up to maintenance standards.

Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time. We do not require long-term contracts, but we do ask for 24-hour notice before your scheduled scoop day.

03 Access & Safety

Gate Access: If your gate is locked, you must provide a code or ensure it is unlocked on your scheduled day. If we cannot access the yard, we will still charge for the visit as we have reserved your spot on the route.

Aggressive Dogs: For the safety of our crew, dogs must be kept inside or secured during service. If a dog is aggressive or prevents us from completing our work, we will skip the service for that day and charge the full amount.

Weather: We work in most weather conditions, including rain. However, in cases of severe storms, ice, or extreme temperatures, we may reschedule your service to the next safe opportunity.

04 Our Guarantee

We stand by our work. If we miss a spot or you are unsatisfied with the quality of our scoop, please notify us within 24 hours. We will return to your property within one business day to re-clean the area at no additional cost to you.

05 Liability

Poop Savvy is fully insured. While we take every precaution to secure gates and respect your property, Poop Savvy is not responsible for pets that escape through a gate that was previously damaged or not functioning correctly prior to our arrival.
