These Terms of Service apply when you request, schedule, approve, pay for, or receive service from Poop Savvy. By using this website, submitting a quote request, paying an invoice, enrolling in recurring billing, or allowing service to begin, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
1. Services
Poop Savvy provides residential pet waste removal and related yard cleanup services within our active service area. Services may include recurring dog waste removal, one-time yard cleanups, and optional add-on services when available. Service availability, route placement, and recommendations are based on your address, yard condition, number of dogs, access details, and current route capacity.
2. Quotes and service approval
Poop Savvy prepares each quote using the information you provide. Quotes may change if the actual yard size, waste buildup, number of dogs, access conditions, or requested service differs from the information submitted. Service is not confirmed until Poop Savvy accepts the request and you approve the service and payment terms.
3. Route scheduling
Poop Savvy currently operates a Saturday-focused service route. Customers do not select or receive a guaranteed arrival time. Stops are arranged to support an efficient route, and timing may vary because of route size, traffic, weather, access issues, yard conditions, or other business needs. Any arrival window or estimated time is an estimate only.
4. Property access
You authorize Poop Savvy to enter the designated outdoor service area at your property for each scheduled visit. You agree to provide accurate gate codes, lock instructions, access notes, and any other information needed to safely complete service. Poop Savvy team members are not required or permitted to enter the inside of your home.
5. Locked gates and inaccessible yards
If the service area cannot be accessed because a gate is locked, blocked, broken, frozen, unsafe, or otherwise unavailable, the visit may be skipped or moved to the next scheduled service date. A scheduled charge may still apply when route time has been reserved and the service area is inaccessible. Poop Savvy is not responsible for damaged or poorly working gates, locks, latches, hoses, lawn equipment, yard décor, or other pre-existing property conditions.
6. Dogs and safety
You are responsible for telling Poop Savvy about dogs or other animals on the property, including any aggressive, anxious, territorial, or bite-risk behavior. Animals that may interfere with service must be safely secured before arrival. If an animal prevents safe access, the visit may be skipped, stopped, or moved to a future service date. If an animal bites, threatens, or injures a Poop Savvy team member, service will stop immediately and the yard may be left as-is. You remain responsible for your animals and for any harm, claims, costs, or medical expenses they cause.
7. Yard condition and service limits
Poop Savvy will make a reasonable effort to clean the accessible, agreed-upon service area. Service does not include hazardous materials, hidden or buried waste, waste beneath decks or structures, areas blocked by debris or standing water, unsafe terrain, or areas outside the agreed service area. Heavy buildup, overgrown grass, leaves, poor lighting, locked sections, or unsafe conditions may affect what can reasonably be completed during a visit.
8. Weather and delays
Service may be delayed, moved, or skipped because of rain, lightning, extreme heat, flooding, unsafe ground conditions, or other weather-related concerns. When possible, a Saturday visit may be moved to Sunday. If weather prevents service, the yard will be serviced on the next available or regularly scheduled service date. Weather delays do not automatically create a credit, refund, or free service.
9. Payment and billing authorization
Poop Savvy services are generally prepaid. Your invoice, quote, subscription checkout, or service confirmation will show the applicable rate, billing period, and payment method. Rates may include a prorated amount for a partial month together with charges for the next full billing period when clearly shown on the invoice.
By paying an invoice, enrolling in a subscription, providing payment information, or accepting service, you authorize Poop Savvy to charge the amounts shown for the approved service. If a payment fails or an account becomes past due, Poop Savvy may pause or stop service until the balance is paid.
Invoice acceptance: Payment of a Poop Savvy invoice confirms your acceptance of these Terms of Service.
10. Cancellations, pauses, and changes
There is no long-term contract unless a separate written agreement states otherwise. To cancel, pause, or change service, contact Poop Savvy before your next scheduled visit or billing cycle. Same-day changes, missed access, locked gates, unsecured or aggressive animals, or late cancellations may still result in a charge when route time has already been reserved.
11. Satisfaction and correction requests
If something does not look right after a visit, contact Poop Savvy as soon as possible and include details and photos when available. We will review the concern and determine an appropriate next step, which may include a correction visit, service note, route adjustment, credit, or another reasonable resolution. Refunds, credits, or free future services are not automatic.
12. Website use and content
The Poop Savvy name, logo, website content, photos, graphics, forms, and service materials belong to Poop Savvy or are used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, sell, republish, or misrepresent Poop Savvy content without prior written permission.
13. Limitation of responsibility
Poop Savvy is not responsible for pre-existing property conditions, normal outdoor wear, hidden hazards, unsecured animals, inaccessible areas, weather delays, customer-provided access errors, or conditions outside the agreed service scope. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Poop Savvy is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages related to the use of this website or our services.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining terms will remain in effect. A failure to enforce any term does not waive Poop Savvy’s right to enforce it later.
15. Changes to these terms
Poop Savvy may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms become effective when posted on this website unless a different effective date is stated. Continued use of the website or services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
